Death, Destruction, Calamity...FUN!
- This book was surprisingly entertaining, and light-hearted given the eye-opening details we receive about our most misunderstood natural resource. In fact, my view on nuclear energy completely changed after listening to Tom Weiner's riveting narration of James Mahaffey's book. It is exactly what it's title suggests. A history of nuclear power...gone wrong. This has nothing to do with "the bomb", but the incredible natural energy around and behind that weapon. Every chapter-dedicated to it's very own disaster (or mishap) has it's own sense of harrowing detail...This is a great book!
