Story

Interesting follow up to the 6 previous Extinction books.

As narrated by the always surprising Bronson Pinchot, Extinction Lost is a short story that follows a series of 6 Extinction books that depicts an apocalyptic story and seems to never end (comment meant in a good way). This book finds Ghost Team pulled from their European tour of duty against the monstrous Variants to rush to Greenland to prevent a new threat of bio weaponry that is hidden in a once-secret Nazi compound. As a short story that precedes the final full length book in the series, this one is no less a heart thumper than any of the other 6 books before. Smith is at the top of his game and one can only hope he’ll get contracted to write another equally enthralling series of books. Bravo!
