Happiness as a quest
- The key to this book’s success is arguably the way it respectfully asks the listener to reevaluate his or her methods and means in trying to find happiness. The book focuses on first employing the retraining of one’s mental faculties, i.e., the brain, and then allow perception and common sense to challenge the way one dealing with the outside public and how mood and managing one’s time has a direct impact on the contentment, and eventually, happiness of the individual. Not all will accept the advice, but for those that do, my bet is they will find their “happy place” more inviting. Good listen.
