Editorial Reviews

“A thoughtful analysis of what it takes to be an effective leader…Kouzes is an extraordinary messenger himself, delivering these ideas with great comfort and sounding like a casual and well-loved professor. His relaxing tone and cadence inspire openness to his message that anyone can learn to motivate others to join the leader in struggling to achieve shared goals.” AudioFile
“A superb narration, without the usual hype and hoopla so common to this genre. [Kouzes’] ‘fireside chat’ style will appeal to harried executives. Highly recommended.” Library Journal
