Story

One of the best author's since J.K. Rowling

I started reading The Percy Jackson series to my nine-year-old son at bedtime. But the stories were so good I started to listen to them in my free time. (This annoyed my son but definitely encouraged him to read more.) He has since move onto Magnus Chase and The trials of the Olympians. I first saw The Red Pyramid at my local library as a graphic novel but because I can't do just one thing at a time I prefer audiobooks. Rick Riordan really has a way of making ancient myths come alive. Halfway through listening I got my son the graphic novels (which he LOVES) but I really think this book was wonderful on audio. Funny and exhilarating. I can wait to start Book 2!
