Col. Robert Morgan (USAF, Ret.) was the first 8th Air Force pilot to successfully complete 25 bombing missions over Europe. He completed 26 more missions in the Pacific and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. Today, at 82, Col. Morgan still flies and is a popular fixture at air shows all over the world. He lives in Asheville, North Carolina.
