- This audiobook breaks down hundreds of common foods, showing you wonderful, healthy ways to up your health and care for the planet! There’s no politics, no fads, just oven mitts and blenders, baby. I’ve cooked so many meals already using this audiobook that even my aunt thought I was abducted by aliens and reprogrammed to cook (her words). Nope, just Food For Health, ma'am, I replied. Now, if only the audiobook could wash all the dishes afterward! Very helpful and practical--best tool I have in the kitchen currently.
