'A memoir from the host of Channel 4's Countdown, which ranges from A for Apprentice to Z for Z-list, with lots of humorous anecdotes along the way.'

'You wouldn't know it to look at him, but this man has led a very colourful and adventurous life...a typically honest memoir.'
