Much need information for better mental health

– With so much chatter lately about mental health and the reasons for mass shootings being debated as to whether gun reform is needed, this book gives us further reason to challenge the way we assess mental health and the way in which we determine our navigation of all that is around us and the often difficult process of making decisions. As in all the Scientific American books, there is always plenty of information deserving re-examining. This audio books proves the point. Well done.
