Story

Valuable literary insight for both writer and reader.

It isn’t often that a book about writing comes along that actually understands the myriad of problems a writer encounters while trying to finish a poem, a novel, short story, play or screenplay. Grant Faulkner, however, does understand this often daily dilemma for writers and offers intelligent advice and exercises that don’t talk-down to the aspiring writer or professional novelist. His approach is very broad, taking us through the creative process from “You don’t need permission to create” all the way through to “Mastery Equals Perseverance” and ultimately, “What is ‘Success.’” For anyone needing a handy motivator by their side, this is an audio book that will serve you well. Greg Tremblay is a sound credit to Mr. Faulkner’s premise and purpose
