As a kid that grew up in the late 80's/90's, I absolutely loved this book. It is my story.
The author starts off at the very beginning of Nintendo's story, and works his way to the present. The book is packed with historical facts and insight, but is told in a great story-telling way that makes it a great listen. After listening I found myself wanting to break out the old NES for some classic gaming.
The narrator does a great job as well. Highly recommended.

A Rich and Deep Look Into the Empire of Nintendo

When I picked up this audio book I wasn't expecting the deep history of Nintendo. From their early beginnings of making hand held gambling games to the powerhouse they are now, is a crazy ride. Not everything was a success or smooth sailing for Nintendo and this book takes you into their struggles and success.
Ray Porter does another excellent job in his narration allowing the listener to fully grasp the history of Nintendo and to remember it as well. I recommend this book for a good, quick listen, and for entertainment.
