Alfonso Bucero is the founder and managing partner of BUCERO PM Consulting. He was a senior project manager at Hewlett-Packard Spain for thirteen years. He was also the founder, sponsor, and president of PMI Barcelona Spain Chapter. He is the author or coauthor of several project management books. The Project Management Institute gave Alfonso its Distinguished Contribution Award in 2010 and named him a PMI Fellow in 2011. He was also the recipient of PMI’s 2015 Eric Jennet Award for Excellence.
