An essential guide to good health through foods.
- This is an excellent book for those who are concerned with what they eat, and especially, when. Here is a fresh look at foods that help eliminate stress, sleeplessness, assist in the healing process of a sickness or accident mending. One gets an easily understood nutrient value for many foods and advise as to the best time of day to consume them. What you put in your mouth and when you take it in is paramount to good health. This book lays it all out. Excellent.
