Before you come with me, away from Silver Hollow, away from The Union, and away from all that is safe and comfortable, take a moment to look around you. Know that just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there.

Also remember I did as much research as I could going into this story and consulted a number of people and read expert materials on firearms, Antarctic research facilities, and botany. All mistakes are mine, and mine alone. All creative license taken on many items is all mine as well.
