After being reincarnated as the Hive Queen of the Vex, Marcus finally managed to leave the Caligare Forest behind, establishing his new hive in the Kingdom of Medelan.

And yet, peace is still a faraway dream. A new threat rises from the forest, under the form of a mighty orc horde led by a powerful Oni.

Marcus has to prepare to face this new enemy, one that shares more similarities to him than he'd think, all while trying to control his own growing powers.
