Thrifting reseller and amateur sleuth, Macy Garson, has her hands full with finding items to sell in her online store and volunteering at the Happy Paws animal shelter.

While she's still lonely after the loss of her beloved husband, Macy is trying her best to make friends and fit in with the locals in the small Florida town that is now her home, but so far, aside from her animal shelter buddies, she's not having much luck.

Life is becoming more routine as she figures out how to exist as a new widow, but it gets turned upside down when she makes a horrifying discovery while walking one of the shelter dogs.

Local law enforcement seems to be gunning for Macy, a newcomer, and she finds herself in a sticky situation. In order to clear her name and save her already shaky reputation, Macy is forced to investigate a murder.

Will her eye for a specific type of detail give her the advantage that will rescue her standing in town?
