Courage

Valinda Lea Damberger is an inspiration to many yet a humiliating disappointment to some. Somehow she retrieved the Courage to speak her truth even when few believed her even when she was called a liar.

Her story is compiled of honesty. She speaks openly about disgraceful personal incidents and many of her struggles and accomplishments. Valinda Lea's life's story will now be shared so others may find strength and courage in their healing journey - her true life's story has now been spoken.

My healing journey story is derived from my childhood sexual abuse trauma and how trauma affected my physical and mental health, CPTSD, family alienation, and applying healing techniques to find strength, health, and beautiful peace.
