Michael Walker is a special kinds of federal agent. He is a National Park Service investigator and he's tracking and tracing smugglers who are stealing priceless artifacts.
Just as he's making headway, though, he is pulled off that case and dispatched to Glacier Bay National Park in Alaska, where a team of scientists has gone missing.
Meanwhile, in Florida's Everglades National Park, FBI special investigator Gina Delgado traces the seemingly random murder of an environmental science intern from another US Geological Survey team to their ongoing experiments that are decimating the fragile ecosystem.
