After fleeing from her ex, with a suitcase and $52 to her name, Tracy is trying to rebuild her life in sunny San Diego. She got a job as a host and slowly started making friends, healing and learning to trust again. The unthinkable happens on the night all the girls convince her to go out on the town. The lights go out in the club and Tracy is in the bathroom's darkness.
Fenrik is on the run from his tribe for refusing to take the jarl's daughter as his mate. He doesn't know what the punishment for this disrespect will be, but he doubts he'll make it out alive. He manages to make it to an out-of-the-way hunting cabin to shelter for the night, only to find Tracy, crumpled at the doorstep. Both of them are lost in the mountains of Snaerfire and are going to have to rely on each other to find their way.
Fenrik's Fate is a standalone novella. It is a prequel to the Abandoned on Niflheim series and can be enjoyed at any point. Though . . . If you ever wondered about Steve's parents . . .
Contains mature themes.
