When two federal agents are found shot dead and their prisoner, corrupt ex-cop Jesse Nichols, escapes, he has only one goal in mind: exact revenge on Sam Laska for his capture.

Leaving a trail of bodies in his wake, Nichols closes in on his target. Laska, working alongside the Feds, believes he has Nichols cornered, but realizes too late that he's been outmaneuvered.
